Contracting with workers and earning from them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q8: I take on a building project, for example, for one hundred thousand riyals (100,000). I hire workers, but their wages, which I pay, do not exceed twenty thousand. The remaining eighty thousand is my profit. However, when I agree with them in their country to bring them over under my sponsorship, I seek a benefit from them, and they are originally willing. Is that permissible?

A8: If you take on a building project to build it for one hundred thousand riyals, and you bring in workers who build it for twenty thousand riyals, and you take the remaining eighty thousand riyals, there is no blame on you for that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
