Q1: Is it permissible to perform Hajj with the blood money of the murdered — that is, if a
person is killed and his blood money is taken — is it permissible to spend on Hajj from this money?
A1: It is permissible to perform Hajj with the blood money for each of the heirs from his specific share, provided he is of age and sound mind. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
