Excluding the disabled son from a gift in favor of his siblings

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 6646 )
Q: I am a woman with three sons and two daughters, and I have a piece of land
that I want to give as a gift to my youngest son, named Muhammad Sa'eed al-Shahri, because the aforementioned is afflicted with paralysis in his right leg, and his brothers and sisters have agreed to what I mentioned above. Is there any sin on me for that?
Please issue a ruling for us, may Allah reward you with good.

A: If the situation is as you described, with the consent of your aforementioned children, and if they have all reached the age of maturity, then there is no blame on you in that, if Allah wills. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
