The questioner 2: Hewas entrusted with a sum of money to deliver it to a person, but he spent it and did not deliver it, and the person who entrusted him with the money has died, so what should he do now?
A2: You are obligated to deliver the aforementioned sum to the person to whom it was sent, because it is a trust in your hand. Allah the Exalted said:[An-Nisa 4:58] And He the Exalted said: [Al-Anfal 8:27] And Allah the Exalted knows best.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤَدُّوا الأَمَانَاتِ إِلَى أَهْلِهَاO you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence].
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَخُونُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوا أَمَانَاتِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
