Q9: I found one thousand eight hundred riyals (1800) outside the Sacred Mosque in Makkah, specifically on the side of the Sa'i, and the amount is still with me in Algeria. I am asking about its ruling and my ruling if I take the amount I found on the road?
A9: If you do not find its owner, you must send it to Makkah and distribute it among the poor there on behalf of its owner.
