The Season of Hajj to the Sacred House of Allah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
And among the wisdom of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is that when the season of obligatory fasting ended with the conclusion of Ramadan, the season of Hajj to the Sacred House began. This is also one of the pillars of Islam. The months of Hajj begin from the first day of Shawwal.Since the months of Hajj are: Shawwal, Dhu al-Qa'dah, and Dhu al-Hijjah. These months are all the time for performing Hajj, whether it is obligatory or voluntary.
Allah the Exalted made these months so because people may need them, as if they were in distant lands and transportation was difficult. This period is usually sufficient to reach the House. For this reason, people in the past would prepare for Hajj from the beginning of Shawwal. But now, praise be to Allah, since transportation has become easy, they may not prepare or get ready until a later time. We do not know; perhaps one day people will need what they used to need before, such as camels, mules, and donkeys. We do not know if things will remain as they are now or change. The matter is entirely in the hand of Allah (Mighty and Majestic)! The human being is always fluctuating between seasons of good: fasting and Hajj, then the month of Muharram comes after that, and so on forever. Praise be to Allah for this blessing. We ask Allah to help us and you to remember Him, thank Him, and worship Him well.
