Q2: We live here with our Bedouin relatives (the camel owners), and we see them leaving water behind and praying with tayammum without any reason that calls for tayammum .
A2: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions.. After that: It is not permissible to perform tayammum when water is available and one is able to use it, and it does not suffice for them in place of wudu' and ghusl.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
