Tayammum is not invalidated by the expiration of the time

Machine translationRead the Arabic original

The first question of Fatwa number ( 4548 )

Q1: If the midday prayer became obligatory for me while I was in a place where there was no water, and I prayed the midday prayer using tayammum, and after the prayer I became certain that my wudu had not been invalidated, and then the time for the afternoon prayer entered and I prayed without performing tayammum, do I have a valid prayer or not, or is it obligatory for me to perform tayammum after the time enters?
A1: Praise be to Allah alone, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions.. And after: The correct opinion among the scholars is that tayammum is not invalidated by the expiration of the time in which it was performed, but rather it is invalidated by the presence of water or by an invalidator of wudu. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
