The second question of Fatwa number ( 8817 )
Q2: I am married, and I slept with my wife until I saw in my dream that I was having intercourse with her, and semen came out. When I woke up from my dream, I performed ghusl and istinja', and then I went to my wife and had intercourse with her. Is there a sin on me or not?
A2: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... And after: If the situation is as you described, there is no sin on you for the wet dream, but you must perform ghusl for it. Likewise, you must perform ghusl for your intercourse with your wife. Even if you delayed the ghusl for the wet dream until you had intercourse with your wife,
and then you performed one ghusl for both, there is no harm. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
