Washing with water is sufficient to remove major ritual impurity

The second question of fatwa number ( 5211 )
Q2: Is washing sufficient to remove major ritual impurity, or is there an ablution before or after? And is it obligatory to use soap for washing the body, or is it not obligatory? What is the ruling if it is not available?
A2: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. After that: Washing with water is sufficient to remove major ritual impurity. The sufficient washing is to intend to remove the state of impurity, say the name of Allah, and wash the entire body with water once. Better than that is the complete washing, which is: to intend, then say the name of Allah, wash the hands three times, and wash whatever is impure from the private parts and elsewhere. Then perform the ablution for prayer. Then pour water on the head three times, saturating it. Then wash the entire body with water and rub it, starting with the right side. Wash the feet in a separate place by stepping back and then washing them, following the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in that. It is not obligatory to use soap or anything else; rather, water alone is sufficient. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
