Q5: Does the withdrawal of the glans without pleasure obligate the full ritual bath or not?
A5: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... And to proceed: Yes, it obligates the full ritual bath for both the man and the woman; due to the evidence reported in this regard, among which is what was narrated by Ahmad and Muslim and al-Tirmidhi, from 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih Muslim 349 , and what is in the two Sahihs from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said: Sahih al-Bukhari 291 .
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

When anyone sits amidst four parts (of the woman) and the circumcised parts touch each other a bath becomes obligatory.
إذا جلس بين شعبها الأربع، ومس الختان الختان، فقد وجب الغسلWhen a man sits in between the four parts of a woman and did the sexual intercourse with her, bath becomes compulsory.
إذا جلس بين شعبها الأربع ثم جهدها؛ فقد وجب الغسل، زاد مسلم : وإن لم ينزلAnd success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
