Do not pay attention to doubts and whispers, and there is no need to inspect

The nineteenth question of the fatwa number ( 8864 )
Q 19: May Allah honor you. After I urinate (i.e., after the urine passes), drops of urine remain in the penis, and I sit in the bathroom for about a quarter of an hour to clean myself well—of the urine, of course. This is exhausting and tiring for me. Then I perform wudu for prayer. I went to several doctors, had tests done, and used various medications to eliminate this condition, but to no avail. After I clean myself well from the remaining drops of urine, I perform wudu and go to pray. During the prayer, I feel as if there are remaining drops in the penis that want to come out. Of course, this causes me problems and embarrassment, especially if I pray in congregation. Afterwards, I discover that there are remaining drops of urine that may not have come out quickly while I was sitting in the bathroom, and I am forced to repeat the prayer or I doubt that my prayer is valid. Please inform me about this matter with a clear fatwa?

A 19: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, and his Companions... And to proceed: If you have performed wudu, the original state is purity, and do not pay attention to the doubts and whispers that occur to you, for that is from Shaytan. Yes, if you are certain that something has come out of you after the wudu, your wudu is invalid, and you must perform wudu again. Likewise, regarding what you feel during prayer of remaining urine in the penis, you must occupy yourself with something else and build upon the original state of purity, and there is no need to inspect afterwards; because that is what causes the persistence of the whispers. May Allah protect you from that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
