Q 1: The miswak during the blessed month of Ramadan, is it permissible to use it throughout the day or not?
A 1: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions.. And after: It is permissible for the fasting person to use the miswak throughout the day of fasting; due to the generality of the hadiths reported regarding the miswak, and due to what was narrated by al-Tirmidhi from 'Amir ibn Rabi'ah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:
he had seen the Prophet more often than he could count using a toothstick while he was fasting
رأيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ما لا أحصي يتسوك وهو صائم
