Q 3: Whatis the ruling on a woman shaving her head and her eyebrows?
A 3: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. And after: It is not permissible for a woman to shave except out of dire necessity; for what was narrated by al-Tirmidhi and al-Nasa'i from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him):Riyad as-Salihin 758 , and what was narrated by al-Khallal through his chain from Qatadah from 'Ikrimah who said: Riyad as-Salihin 1641 And al-Hasan said: (It is mutilation), and he said
al-Athram : (I heard Abu 'Abdullah asked about a woman who is unable to manage her hair and its treatment, should she act upon the hadith of Maymunah? He said: For what purpose would you act upon it? It was said to him: She cannot apply oil or what repairs it, and insects get into it. He said: If it is out of dire necessity, I hope there is no harm in it). As for cutting the hair of the eyebrows, or shaping them by cutting the sides, or shaving them, or plucking them for adornment; as some women do today - it is forbidden; because of what it contains of changing the creation of Allah, and following Satan in his deception of man, and his command to change the creation of Allah. Allah the Exalted said:[An-Nisa 4:116-119] . And in the authentic hadith from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Abu Qatadah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade breathing into the vessel while drinking. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim] .
أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى أن تحلق المرأة رأسهاThe Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited a woman from shaving her head.

(116) Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly gone far astray. (117) They call upon instead of Him none but female [deities], and they [actually] call upon none but a rebellious Satan. (118) Whom Allah has cursed. For he had said, "I will surely take from among Your servants a specific portion. (119) And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allah." And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly sustained a clear loss.
إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَغْفِرُ أَنْ يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَمَنْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلالا بَعِيدًا (116) إِنْ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ إِلا إِنَاثًا وَإِنْ يَدْعُونَ إِلا شَيْطَانًا مَرِيدًا (117) لَعَنَهُ اللَّهُ وَقَالَ لأَتَّخِذَنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ نَصِيبًا مَفْرُوضًا (118) وَلأُضِلَّنَّهُمْ وَلأُمَنِّيَنَّهُمْ وَلآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُبَتِّكُنَّ آذَانَ الأَنْعَامِ وَلآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ وَمَنْ يَتَّخِذِ الشَّيْطَانَ وَلِيًّا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ خَسِرَ خُسْرَانًا مُبِينًاAllah has cursed the women who tattoo, the ones who are tattooed, the ones who pluck their eyebrows, the ones who have their eyebrows plucked, the ones who file their teeth, and the ones who change the creation of Allah. Then he said: Shall I not curse those whom the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) has cursed, and it is in the Book of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic - meaning: His saying: And whatever the Messenger has given you - then take; and whatever he has forbidden you - then refrain.
لعن الله الواشمات والمستوشمات والنامصات والمتنمصات والمتفلجات المغيرات لخلق الله ثم قال: ألا ألعن من لعن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهو في كتاب الله عز وجل - يعني: قوله تعالى: وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا
