Q3: When a person intends to perform 'Umrah and does so, and after finishing the tawaf and sa'y, he shortens his hair to exit the state of ihram, does he shorten from one side of the head or from several sides?
A3: It is obligatory to cover the entire head with shortening, or shaving. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
