Supplication after the prayer

The first question of Fatwa number ( 6195 )
Q1: One of the Friday preachers mentioned that a hadith was reported to the effect that (a man stood up after the imam had said the taslim in the prayer, so 'Umar said to him: "Sit down, you hypocrite, and glorify Allah before you stand up." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to 'Umar: "You have done well and you have hit upon our Sunnah." Is this hadith authentic, good, or fabricated? This is what I believe to be the case, but I am seeking your ruling, so inform us of the grade of this hadith, and may Allah reward you with good. The same preacher also mentioned that a hadith was reported (that the believer does not wish to leave the mosque, whereas the hypocrite is like a caged bird
that flees from it as soon as the cage door is opened). This analogy was used for the same subject, which is the Muslim leaving immediately after the imam says the taslim from the prayer without glorifying Allah 33 times, praising Allah 33 times, magnifying Allah 33 times, and saying "There is no god but Allah alone, without partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs the praise, and He is able to do all things," or the other dhikr. Does the Muslim sin if he leaves the tasbih after the prayer and goes to his work or to his home? And do we distinguish between one who has a busy task that occupies him from the tasbih, or is the tasbih a recommended practice (sunnah) and not an obligation like the obligatory prayer? Give us the truth and may Allah guide you.
A1: First: We know no basis for this story attributed to 'Umar , nor do we know any basis for the hadith mentioned in the question: "The believer does not wish..." etc. Second: The dhikr mentioned after the taslim from the prayer is a recommended practice (sunnah) and not an obligation. So whoever performs it before leaving the mosque has followed the Sunnah, and whoever leaves before that has done nothing wrong, and it is not permissible to call him a hypocrite. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
