Q2: Can one pray over a person who killed himself in anger, or not?
A2: One prays over a person who killed himself, but the general ruler does not pray over him; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not pray over a person who killed himself, in order to magnify this crime and warn against it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
