is the ruling of Islam regarding the shrines that exist, namely: (the shrine of Ibrahim al-Desuqi, al-Sayyid al-Badawi, al-Husayn .. and the like)? And what is the ruling of the mosques in which these graves are located, and does the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) apply to them, to the effect that:Sahih Muslim 529 ?
A2: First: Insulting the religion of Islam is disbelief, and whoever comes to know of it must forbid the evil and advise the one who did it; perhaps he will accept the advice and refrain from the evil, and this is more emphasized in the case of a relative. Second: It is not permissible to build mosques over graves, nor to bury the dead in them, and it is not permissible to pray in these mosques.
