Insulting the religion of Islam is a grave act of apostasy

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 7353 ):
Q2: What is the matter with people who insult the religion? What is their ruling in Islam, even if they are of the first degree of kinship (e.g., the father or the brother)? What is the ruling in Islam regarding the shrines that exist, such as the shrine of Ibrahim al-Dasوقي - al-Sayyid al-Badawi - al-Husayn and the like? What is the ruling on mosques that contain these graves? Does the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) apply to them, to the effect that:
Allah cursed the Jews and the Christians that they took the graves of their prophets as mosquesلعن الله اليهود والنصاري اتخذوا قبور أنبيائهم مساجد
Sahih Muslim 529
?

A2: First: Insulting the religion of Islam is a grave act of apostasy from Islam if
the one who insults it is among those who claim Islam. It is obligatory for whoever comes to know of this to forbid the evil and advise the one who did it, hoping that he will accept the advice, refrain from the evil, and repent to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). This is more emphasized in the case of a close relative, due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
He who amongst you sees something abominable should modify it with the help of his hand; and if he has not strength enough to do it, then he should do it with his tongue, and if he has not strength enough to do it, (even) then he should (abhor it) from his heart, and that is the least of faith.من رأى منكم منكرًا فليغيره بيده، فإن لم يستطع فبلسانه، فإن لم يستطع فبقلبه، وذلك أضعف الإِيمان
Sahih Muslim 49a
. Second: It is not permissible to build mosques over graves, nor to bury the dead in them, nor is it permissible to pray in these mosques; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Beware of those who preceded you and used to take the graves of their prophets and righteous men as places of worship, but you must not take graves as mosques; I forbid you to do that.ألا وإن من كان قبلكم كانوا يتخذون قبور أنبيائهم وصالحيهم مساجد، ألا فلا تتخذوا القبور مساجد، فإني أنهاكم عن ذلك
Sahih Muslim 532
, narrated by Muslim in his Sahih. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
