Following the Mu'adhdhin and Supplication Between the Adhan and the Iqamah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 10426 )
Q2: What is the ruling on supplication between the iqamah of the prayer and the takbir of entering into prayer; because I
heard from one of the imams: Do not say: O Allah, make my standing before You good. And if supplication is permissible, what is the recommended supplication in these moments between the iqamah and the takbir of entering into prayer?

A2: We do not know of any prescribed supplication after the iqamah and before the takbir of entering into prayer. However, it is prescribed to say what the mu'adhdhin says in his iqamah, to send blessings upon the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and to ask for him the highest rank in Paradise, then to wait until the imam says the takbir, and then to say the takbir after him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
