The spray from the water poured over urine

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first and eighth question of the fatwa number ( 3225 )
Q1: If a person urinates and then returns to perform wudu, is the spray that reaches him pure, or should he wet his hand with water and wipe over it?
A1: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. After that: Urine is ritually impure. If what reached a person was urine spray, it is obligatory for him to wash the part of his body or garment that it reached. Wiping it with water is not sufficient to purify it. The same applies if the spray is from the water poured over the urine. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
