A person is struck by urine spray

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Questions one, two, three, and seven of Fatwa number (3225)
Q 1: If a person urinates and then returns to perform wudu', is the spray that reaches him pure, or should he wet his hand with water and wipe over it?
A 1: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... After that:
Urine is ritually impure; so if what struck the person was urine spray, he must wash the part of his body or garment that it struck, and wiping it with water is not sufficient to purify it, and the same applies if the spray came from the water he poured over the urine.
