Q6: If a person is in a state of major ritual impurity and there is water inside the mosque, is it permissible for him to perform dry ablution and enter to get the water?
A6: It is permissible for one in a state of major ritual impurity to enter the mosque merely to pass through, without staying; because Allah the Exalted said:[An-Nisa 4:43] . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
