Q3: What is the ruling on photographing photographic images for necessity or adornment?
A3: Photographing living beings is forbidden, except for what is necessitated by dire necessity, such as photographing for identity cards and passports, and photographing criminals to identify and track them so they can be arrested if they commit a crime and flee, and the like of what is indispensable. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
