Q14: I recite the Qur'an but I am unable to memorize it, do I receive reward for this?
A14: One who recites the Qur'an, reflects upon it, and acts in accordance with it is rewarded for it, even if he does not memorize it. In the hadith from A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her), she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih Muslim 798a . And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
