The Noble Qur'an is the best remembrance

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of fatwa number ( 9414 ):
Q4: I observe that the majority of worshippers before the Friday prayer recite the Noble Qur'an. Is that better? And what is the ruling on one who prefers to perform voluntary prayers and glorification instead of that?
A4: The Noble Qur'an is the best remembrance, and Allah the Exalted has commanded its recitation, reflection upon it, and acting in accordance with it. However, if a worshipper occupies himself with something else, such as prayer or remembrance, there is no blame on him, for all of that is among the deeds of good. But it is prescribed for the reader among the worshippers and readers not to raise his voice so as not to disturb them. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
