Treatment of the Evil Eye
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 4393 ):
Q2: Is it permissible to use smoke from sulfur, herbs, or leaves to treat a case of the evil eye?
A2: It is not permissible to treat the evil eye with what was mentioned; because it is not among the ordinary means of treating it, and the intention behind this fumigation may be to appease the jinn and seek their help in healing. Rather, it is treated with lawful ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) and the like of what is established in the authentic hadiths. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
