The claim of the Baha'irah leader to his right to socially boycott those who object to him
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q5: And he claims that he has the right to declare disavowal and social boycott against those who object to such actions.
A5: If the title of the leader of the scholars of Buhara is as mentioned in the previous questions, then it is not permissible for him to disavow those who object to him regarding the types of shirk (associating partners with Allah) he has committed. Rather, it is obligatory for him to accept their advice and to abandon deifying himself and his claim to possess what is the exclusive attribute of Allah the Exalted, namely divinity, ownership of souls and hearts, and calling those around him to worship him and to their exaggeration in supplication and submission to him and to the members of his family. Rather, it is obligatory for those who objected to the types of kufr (disbelief) he commits to disavow him and his misguidance and his leading others astray, if he does not accept their advice and does not hold fast to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). And they should disavow his followers and everyone who is of their ilk among
the taghut (tyrants) and the worshippers of the taghut. Allah the Exalted said:[Ali 'Imran 3:103], and He said: [Al-Ahzab 33:21], and He said: [An-Nahl 16:36], and He said: [Az-Zumar 39:17-18], and He said: [Al-Mumtahanah 60:4] the verse, until He, Glorified and Exalted is He, said: [Al-Mumtahanah 60:6]

And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together
There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.
And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], "Worship Allah and avoid Taghut."
(17) But those who have avoided Taghut, lest they worship it, and turned back to Allah - for them are good tidings. So give good tidings to My servants (18) Who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allah has guided, and those are people of understanding.
There has already been for you an excellent pattern in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people, "Indeed, we are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than Allah. We have denied you, and there has appeared between us and you animosity and hatred forever until you believe in Allah alone
There has certainly been for you in them an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day. And whoever turns away - then indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.
