The Sufis claim that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) knew the Qur'an before the revelation of the revelation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q5: Did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) know the Qur'an before the revelation of the revelation, as the Sufis claim?
A5: The Qur'an: is the speech of Allah in its letters and meanings. The first of the Qur'an to be revealed to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) was the chapter (Iqra'), and the Qur'an continued to be revealed gradually over twenty-three years. Allah (Mighty and Majestic) has made it clear that he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not know anything about this Book before it was revealed to him. Among this is His saying, the Exalted:
And thus We have revealed to you an inspiration of Our command. You did not know what is the Book or [what is] faithوَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ رُوحًا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا مَا كُنْتَ تَدْرِي مَا الْكِتَابُ وَلاَ الإِيمَانُ
[Ash-Shuraa 42:52]
the verse. And by this it is known that what the Sufis claim, that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) knew the Qur'an before the revelation of the revelation, is not correct, and that it is speaking about Allah without knowledge. Likewise, the statement of those among them and others: that he (peace and blessings be upon him) knows the unseen, is a false statement, disbelief, and misguidance; because the unseen is not known except by Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He); due to the saying of Allah, the Exalted:
Say, "None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allahقُلْ لاَ يَعْلَمُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ الْغَيْبَ إِلا اللَّهُ
[An-Naml 27:65]
