The Supplication for Breaking the Fast

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: What is the supplication narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for breaking the fast and for the pre-dawn meal?

Answer: It is narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that when he broke his fast, he would say:
Thirst has gone, the arteries are moist, and the reward is sure, if Allah wills.ذهب الظمأ وابتلت العروق وثبت الأجر إن شاء الله
Sunan Abi Dawud 2357Hasan (Al-Albani)
,And it is narrated from some of the Companions that when he broke his fast, he would say:
O Allah, for You I have fasted, and with Your provision I have broken my fast, so forgive me, for You are the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Mercifulاللهم لك صمت وعلى رزقك أفطرت فاغفر لي إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم
.
As for the pre-dawn meal, I am not aware of any specific supplication prescribed to be said at that time, and Allah knows best.
