From the etiquettes of breaking the fast

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
It is also recommended for the fasting person to hasten to break his fast once he is certain that the sun has set, whether the Maghrib adhan has been called or not, or if he is convinced in his mind that the sun has set.As the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his family said: (The people will remain in a state of well-being as long as they hasten to break their fast). He should break his fast with fresh dates first; if that is not possible, then with dried dates; if that is not possible, then with water. He should strive to make much du'a' (supplication) while fasting, especially at the time of breaking the fast, for that is likely to be answered.
May Allah grant success, and may Allah send prayers and peace upon His Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.
