The state of the Muslim community while its enemies dominate it.

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and I send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the righteous, and upon his family and his Companions, and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
As for what follows: This is the meeting that completes the seventy monthly meetings held in the Great Mosque in the city of Unaizah on the night of the third Sunday of every month. This night is the night of the twentieth of Sha'ban in the year 1420. I ask Allah to benefit us with these meetings and to grant us and you beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and a good, abundant provision that makes us self-sufficient from His creation and does not make us self-sufficient from Him, Mighty and Majestic.
On this night, we welcome our brothers in the city of Buraydah at al-Ghanim Mosque in the al-Busayriyyah district, as they participated in listening to this meeting via telephone. May Allah reward them with good and replace what they spent with blessing. Our brothers in Riyadh al-Khudra' preceded them in doing so.
The Muslim community in these days is welcoming the blessed month of Ramadan. However, it is living in pain and distress over what is happening to our brothers in Chechnya, where those atheists from the lands of Russia are dominating them, for no reason other than that they began spreading the pure Islamic religion, free of religious innovation, in the lands of the Balkans. But the enemies of Islam are never satisfied with this, whether they are the communist atheists, or the Christians, or the Jews, or others. And this is apparent.
The Western countries are silent, and perhaps some of them are helping the Russians in secret—may Allah kill them all. When East Timor, which is part of the Muslim community in Indonesia, wanted to become free because most of it is Christian, the West stood up and prepared the air, naval, and land fleet in order to free it, so that this part of Indonesia would separate because most of it is Christian. As for the young Chechen Republic, which has known the reality of life, and known the reality of the oneness of Allah, and known the pure religion, it is considered a secessionist state by the West. And the mujahideen in it are terrorists and the like. But I say:[Al-Baqarah 2:249]. We will not despair and we will not lose hope, and the Russians will return on their heels defeated, if Allah wills, just as they returned the first time. And it is the right of our brothers upon us, indeed the least of their rights, that we call upon Allah for them to save them from the oppressive people, and to help them against the disbelieving people in the times of response and in the states of response: in prostration in the obligatory and voluntary prayers, between the call to prayer and the second call, in the last part of the night, on Friday from the arrival of the imam until the prayer is completed. All these are times of response in which we must persist in calling upon Allah, Mighty and Majestic, in supplication.
O Allah, help our Muslim brothers in Chechnya. O Allah, help them against their enemy. O Allah, turn their enemy back disappointed and regretful. O Allah, humble him after his arrogance. O Allah, weaken him after his strength. O Allah, make him poor after his wealth. O Allah, scatter their gathering and divide their unity, O Lord of the worlds, and make their wrath among them.
