The Russian aggression on Chechnya.

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and I send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Pious, and upon his family and his Companions, and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
As for what follows: This is the seventy-second of the monthly meetings that take place on the night of the third Sunday of every month. However, this month we postponed it by a week, considering that the beginning of the month was occupied by people fasting the six days of Shawwal. This night is the night of the twenty-third Sunday of Shawwal according to the calendar, or the twenty-fourth according to the sighting of the crescent, in the year 1420. We ask Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, to make these meetings a source of good and blessing, and to return them to us and to you in safety, faith, Islam, and following.
In this meeting, things happened that we must speak about before we begin the topic of the meeting.
The first thing is what happened regarding the aggression of the Russian state against our brothers in Chechnya . We believe in Allah and His divine decree and destiny, and we know with certainty that if Allah had willed, they would not have done it. But Allah the Exalted did it for a wisdom, a great wisdom, perhaps so that the Muslims would return to Allah, Mighty and Majestic. For what happened in a part of the lands of the Muslims is as if it happened in the heart of every Muslim country, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: . And he said (peace and blessings be upon him): . We know that the atheist Russians fought this young republic because it turned to applying the Islamic religion with tawhid (the oneness of Allah) and following. We learned this from their scholars and leaders whom we faced during the Hajj. But unfortunately, the other republics do not want to apply the Shari'ah as it should be, even though they are Islamic. Therefore, they did not support their brothers in Chechnya; otherwise, if these republics had stood up and shaken the Russian state, much would have happened. But we know that there are traitors even in Chechnya itself, as we hear from the news, traitors who follow the Russians. So what is our position now? It is known that we have no means, no ability, and no power, and that the position should have been from the Islamic states to deny this horrific matter. But it is the decree of Allah, and what He willed, He did. Our position now is to call upon Allah, Mighty and Majestic, to support our brothers in Chechnya and to destroy this disbelieving, atheist state, at every suitable time, even in prostration, in the obligatory and voluntary prayers, even at the end of Friday, at the time of the Friday prayer, at every time of response. And Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, may allow these oppressive disbelievers to continue and give them some power in order for them to sink deeper into disbelief and aggression, then He will take them with a powerful and capable taking. And this is what we hope and expect from Allah, Mighty and Majestic.
