Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: ((... and the male and female polytheists)).

The Shaykh : A mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah) is one who takes a god alongside Allah to worship, or takes a lord alongside Allah believing that he has management in the universe. The mushrik is a clear disbeliever who does not practice hypocrisy; he displays his shirk (associating partners with Allah) openly and fights the believers for it. Like whom? Answer, everyone. Like the polytheists of Quraysh. Did they not intentionally fight the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)? Did they not expel him and his companions from their homes? Did they not harm him in word and deed? They said: he is a sorcerer, he is a madman, he is a liar, and they also harmed him in deed. The people of Makkah: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) was one day prostrating, prostrating under the Ka'bah, prostrating under the Ka'bah, in a place on the ground that was respected and honored by Quraysh, except with regard to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). He was prostrating to Allah (Mighty and Majestic), so they said: Who will go to the she-camel of so-and-so and bring its filthy, ugly-looking placenta and place it on the back of Muhammad? The worst of them volunteered for it, may Allah protect us from it! He went and brought the placenta, the placenta of the she-camel; the placenta is what comes out during birth. He threw the placenta on the back of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) while he was prostrating. I ask you by Allah, is this an insult to the Messenger? Answer. Yes, by Allah. Is this an insult to the Sacred Mosque? Yes, by Allah. And the wonder is that if an ignorant Bedouin came and prostrated under the Ka'bah, they would honor and respect him. And this noble Prophet, who is more deserving of the Ka'bah than these polytheists, this is done to him! Why? Because the polytheists do not care; they declare their shirk (associating partners with Allah) and do not care; they have no hypocrisy. This is the second type of people.
