The questioner : What is the ruling on one who leaves Mina on the second day of the days of Tashriq after stoning the three pillars after noon, spends the night at Muzdalifah, and returns in the morning of the third day of the days of Tashriq to Mina, sits there for a short while, then goes to the House, performs the farewell tawaf, and leaves Makkah to go to his family?

The Shaykh : The issue here is that they left Mina on the twelfth day on the basis that they had completed their Hajj.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : And since they completed it, their return to Mina on the following day does not require them to stay there. Rather, they may sit there for a short or long time, then depart, perform the farewell tawaf, and leave for their families.
