The ruling on one who changes evil during Hajj with force and severity until it reaches the point of striking; does this affect his Hajj?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Al-Hawini: During the tawaf of 'Umrah, there was a prohibition of an evil, which was—namely the evil—touching and kissing the Maqam. However, this prohibition was done with severity and raising the voice, and it involved striking. Is this Hajj considered a blessed Hajj? Knowing thatThe questioner : he repented to Allah, and he is eagerly awaiting the answer. There was striking, meaning in the forbidding of evil; the matter escalated until striking occurred!

The Shaykh: But who struck was the pilgrim, or was he the one who was struck?
Al-Hawini: I mean, both of them were in the middle of the...

The Shaykh: Pilgrims, I mean?
Al-Hawini: Yes, during the tawaf of 'Umrah, so one person rebuked the other, so... he struck him.

The Shaykh: Naturally, this does not align at all with his saying (peace be upon him), but rather with the verse:
no disobedience and no disputing during Hajj لَا فُسُوقَ وَلَا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ
[Al-Baqarah 2:197]
, because first, enjoining good and forbidding evil should not be done with harshness and severity, especially since most people do not know, so these people should be considered as patients, and because they are in need of treatment with gentleness, compassion, and mercy, not with harshness and severity. This is as a general principle; so what about the fact that this is first in Hajj, and second in the Sacred Mosque?! There is no doubt that doing this is in no way part of a blessed Hajj.
Al-Huwayni: Yes.

The Shaykh: Yes.
