A man gave another man money for a project agreed upon between them, but the man who took the money is the expert in the project

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : It is a question, O Shaykh. A man gave another man money, for example, five thousand dinars; that is, they agreed on a lawful project, a shop and a large one. The man who took the money is the expert in the project, and he is the one who will prepare the shop and do such and such. So after he took the money and prepared everything, and the shop, meaning, was set up on its feet, he went and thought about working for himself, so he came to his partner and said to him: "Take your money... work with me." Is this permissible?

The Shaykh : It is not up to him. Just as they partnered with their consent, they must separate with their consent. One does not impose his opinion on everyone except through negotiation.

The questioner : Okay; if the owner of the money demands compensation or demands, meaning?

The Shaykh : But... they agree.

The questioner : He has the right to demand that they agree on something.

The Shaykh : Yes.
