A man who has a discharge of pre-seminal fluid, and the pre-seminal fluid comes out of him during ablution and the full ritual bath; does he have to repeat the ablution during his ablution or during his full ritual bath?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ten: A man who has a discharge of pre-seminal fluid, and the pre-seminal fluid comes out of him during ablution and the full ritual bath; does he have to repeat the ablution in which the pre-seminal fluid came out during his ablution, after he has performed the full ritual bath, if the pre-seminal fluid came out during his full ritual bath?

The Shaykh : This man who has a discharge of pre-seminal fluid is in one of two states; in one of them, it is obligatory for him to repeat the ablution; that is the state where, for example, during the full ritual bath, semen is discharged, so he performs ablution. After he has performed ablution, does the pre-seminal fluid return and be discharged? And so on, we imagine the repetition of ablution over and over again. If the repetition is not expected to occur, then the previous answer applies; which is that he must repeat it; because the questioner, in reality, does not clarify the situation regarding this questioner; because I imagine the second scenario: that this man who has a discharge of pre-seminal fluid is like the one with urinary incontinence. The one with urinary incontinence performs ablution once and prays one prayer, even if the urine is flowing. This, of course, has the condition that he does not perform ablution until the time for prayer has entered. So, is this question about the man being described as having a discharge of pre-seminal fluid meaning that he is one with urinary incontinence? Meaning that every time he performs ablution, the pre-seminal fluid comes out of him? Every time he performs ablution, the pre-seminal fluid comes out of him? I do not imagine this is the case. So, if it is discharged from him, he repeats the ablution. But if he says: this man has a discharge of pre-seminal fluid like the one with urinary incontinence; we tell him: then he hears the call to prayer, performs ablution, and prays, even if it is discharged again. As for if this is repeated, he has to perform ablution.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : And beware of that.
