The ruling on what comes out of the private parts after ablution and during prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The question: He also asks and says: Sometimes I feel wetness in my underwear and find a small amount of watery fluid coming out of me. It may come out during prayer, or in a place where I cannot rinse my underwear. Knowing that this fluid does not come out as a result of caressing or thinking, what is this fluid? And what must I do regarding this matter?
The answer: This fluid has the ruling of urine. You must clean yourself from it and wash what has affected your underwear or your lower garment. If it happens during prayer, the prayer is invalid. If it happens after ablution, the ablution is invalid; because its ruling is the ruling of urine. Unless it is continuous with you in the manner of incontinence. If it is continuous and does not stop except for a very short time, or rather, in most cases, it is with you, then it is excused. If you perform ablution after the time for prayer has entered, it does not harm you if you pray with it. But if it is not continuous and only happens at times, then whenever it happens, it invalidates the ablution and invalidates the prayer if it occurs during it. It is obligatory for you to wash what has affected your underwear, your lower garment, or your shirt, and to clean yourself from it as well, and to repeat the ablution whenever it happens. Unless it is a continuous matter like continuous urine or like the woman with irregular bleeding. If it is continuous with him, he cleans himself when the time for prayer enters, and washes what has affected his clothes. Then after this, if something comes out of him during the time or during the prayer, it is excused, like the person with continuous incontinence, and like the woman with continuous blood. We ask Allah for health for everyone. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
