Does swimming in Ramadan break the fast? And does an injection break the fast?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Eid Abbasi : ... .

The Shaykh: I say that it is permissible.

Eid Abbasi: Yes, indeed, and then who are ... .

The Shaykh: The question is about a person who swims in Ramadan, and he is a good swimmer; meaning, water does not enter his nose or mouth except rarely; is it permissible for him to swim in Ramadan?
I say, according to my method in ... if it is permissible for him to swim outside of Ramadan, then it is permissible for him to swim in Ramadan, and perhaps you have understood what I mean by saying: if it is permissible for him to swim in Ramadan and outside of Ramadan; that is because I fear that the questioner swims in pools where Islamic etiquette is not observed; where the private parts are exposed; and in that case, it is not permissible for one who believes in Allah and the Last Day to attend such pools; because the Prophet (peace be upon him) says in the authentic hadith:
Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not enter a bath house except wearing an Izar (waist wrap). مَن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يدخل الحمام إلا بمئزر
Sunan an-Nasa'i 401Sahih (Darussalam)
, so everyone who enters the bathroom must cover himself with the prescribed covering, and pools are like bathrooms today; so it is not enough to say: I am covered, and I am not responsible for the negligence of others regarding this covering; because we say: it is not permissible to attend places of evil except out of dire necessity, and there is no dire necessity here, obviously; so if the one asking this question swims in pools where the private parts are not exposed, it is permissible for him to swim; because the body being surrounded by water does not ... does not break the fast of the one fasting, just as it is not thought to be so regarding ... .
As for the injection and the like, we have spoken about it in a past lesson ... it does not harm, everything that enters the body through a path other than the mouth ... is not called eating or drinking, so that does not break the fast, especially if it enters strange places as is the case in the question.
The things that break the fast on which the scholars agreed and the texts confirm are four things: eating, drinking, sexual intercourse, and intentional vomiting; meaning: intentional expulsion; but if vomiting overcomes him, then he owes nothing by the text of the authentic hadith.

Eid Abbasi: ... regarding swimming if water enters ... meaning it does not break the fast?

The Shaykh: It does not break the fast ... .
