The distribution of inheritance is obligatory

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
It is permissible for you to marry her

Question: I have a cousin of mine who is of marriageable age, and I want to marry her, but the problem is my cousin who is her brother. He was breastfed by my mother when she was breastfeeding my older sister. Does this breastfeeding of my cousin invalidate my marriage to his sister in the Shari'ah?
Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer: There is no harm in your marrying your cousin, even if her brother was breastfed by your mother. This has no effect as long as she herself was not breastfed by your mother, and you were not breastfed by her mother. Therefore, there is no kinship between you, and it is permissible for you to marry her. And Allah the Exalted knows best.
[The distribution of inheritance is obligatory]

Question: My paternal grandfather passed away and left behind agricultural land. He had seven daughters and one son as heirs. After everyone got married, his son remained in possession of this land. I have spent an amount close to its value on developing it, repairing it, and bringing water to it. Do the daughters have a share in it or not?

Answer: Yes, the daughters have a share in the original land. As for the development costs that your brother spent, these are returned to you.
If you agree among yourselves to pay him some of the costs, or if he waives them for you, then that is returned to you. If you disagree, you must refer the matter to the judge, who will look into the case. As for the inheritance, you are entitled to your share of the original land.
