Ruling on the traveler moving from one country to another

Who intends to perform Hajj this year, if Allah wills, and performs 'Umrah as a tamattu' pilgrim before the days of Hajj, is it permissible for him to go to Jeddah or Ta'if?
There is nothing wrong with it; it is permissible for the tamattu' pilgrim to travel to Jeddah and Ta'if between his 'Umrah and his Hajj.
