The ruling on one who is in a state of major ritual impurity on the night of 'Arafah and proceeds with his Hajj without taking a full ritual bath

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A pilgrim was in a state of major ritual impurity on the night of 'Arafah, and he proceeded with his Hajj until he finished and returned to his country. What is required of him?
Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon the Messenger of Allah.

And after that: He has committed this great and major sin by proceeding through all these days while praying without ritual purity. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Allah does not accept prayer without purification). It is obligatory for him, regarding his prayers, to repeat every prayer he performed before taking a full ritual bath. As for the Hajj, he must repeat the tawaf of ifadah; because he performed tawaf while in a state of major ritual impurity, and tawaf is not valid for a person in a state of major ritual impurity; because one in a state of major ritual impurity is prohibited from staying in the mosque. As Allah the Exalted said:
or in a state of janabah, except those passing through [a place of prayer]وَلا جُنُباً إِلَّا عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ
[al-Nisa: 43]. And if he is married, he must avoid his wife until he returns to Makkah and performs the tawaf of ifadah. In this case, he enters the state of ihram for 'Umrah from the miqat, then he performs tawaf and sa'y and shortens his hair, then he performs the tawaf of ifadah. And with all of this, he must repent to Allah by feeling remorse for what happened, by seeing himself as having fallen short and been negligent in the right of Allah, and by resolving not to return to such a thing.
