Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (Read, and your Lord is the Most Generous)]

Allah the Exalted said:
(3) Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous - (4) Who taught by the pen - (5) Taught man that which he knew not.اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الْأَكْرَمُ * الَّذِي عَلَّمَ بِالْقَلَمِ * عَلَّمَ الْإِنْسَانَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ
[Al-Alaq: 3-5] (Read) is a repetition of the first, but is it an emphasis or an establishment? The correct view: It is an establishment,And the first:
Recite in the name of your Lord who created -اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ
[Al-Alaq: 1] is linked to what concerns lordship: (and your Lord is the Most Generous, Who taught by the pen) in what concerns the Shari'ah. So the first is in what concerns the divine decree, and the second in what concerns the Shari'ah; because teaching by the pen is what the Shari'ah relies on most, as the Shari'ah is written and preserved, the Qur'an is written and preserved, the Sunnah is written and preserved, and the words of the scholars are written and preserved. For this reason, Allah repeated it a second time.
