If he had intercourse with his wife during the day of Ramadan while believing that intercourse is permissible, there is no blame, no sin, and no expiation;Because the rule is: because anyone who commits a prohibited act in worship while forgetting or being ignorant owes nothing, due to the saying of Allah the Exalted: [al-Baqarah: 286] So Allah the Exalted said: (I have done so) and due to His saying the Exalted: [al-Ahzab: 5] .
