Meaning: (A man sleeps a nap, and trust is withdrawn from his heart)

[Meaning: (A man sleeps a nap, and trust is withdrawn from his heart)]

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned trust in the hadith: (Trust was placed in the roots of men's hearts) The issue is his statement: (A man sleeps a nap, and trust is withdrawn from his heart) What is the reason for the withdrawal of trust?
The intended meaning—may Allah know best—of this hadith is that a person sleeps while his heart is upon trust, then he wakes up and trust has been removed from his heart; because he slept upon a trust in which he had no strength, so it is removed from his heart,Or is it said: he slept a nap and trust was removed from his heart,Meaning: even after the sleep,This is like the other hadith: (A man may be a believer in the morning and a disbeliever in the evening, and a disbeliever in the evening and a believer in the morning) .
It is not necessary that the trust be removed from his heart while he is sleeping; rather, he sleeps a sleep and then wakes up, and the trust is removed from his heart.
