What is the ruling on the ritual bath for one who has intercourse with his wife but does not ejaculate?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you.

The Shaykh : And peace be upon you.

The questioner : His EminenceThe Shaykh : A man had a procedure performed on his penis, may Allah reward you, and now when he has intercourse with his wife, he does not ejaculate. At the same time, he sometimes has a wet dream at night. He says: I have a wet dream, I know that I ejaculate, but I do not ejaculate. Is the ritual bath obligatory for him or not? May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : As for when he has intercourse with his wife, the ritual bath is obligatory for him and also for her, whether he ejaculates or not, based on the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When a man sits in between the four parts of a woman and did the sexual intercourse with her, bath becomes compulsory. إذا جلس بين شعبها الأربع ثم جهدها فقد وجب الغسل
Sahih al-Bukhari 291
The meaning of "effort" is that he had intercourse with her, and in a wording in Muslim:
and even if he does not ejaculate وإن لم ينزل
.
And as for when it is due to a wet dream, meaning he dreamed that he had intercourse but did not see anything, then there is no ritual bath for him, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to Umm Sulaym when she asked him:
Is the ritual bath obligatory for a woman if she has a wet dream? He said: Yes, if she sees the fluid. هل على المرأة من غسل إذا هي احتلمت؟ قال: نعم، إذا هي رأت الماء
Sahih Ibn Hibban 8:140
