Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (And the most wretched will avoid it)

Allah the Exalted said:
And the most wretched will avoid itوَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا الْأَشْقَى
[Al-A'la: 11] Meaning: He avoids this reminder and does not benefit from it, and al-ashqa here is the superlative form of shaqaw (misfortune),and it is the opposite of: happiness,as in Surat Hud:
As for those who were in misfortune, they will be in the Fire, and as for those who were in happiness, they will be in Paradiseفَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ شَقُوا فَفِي النَّارِ * وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ سُعِدُوا فَفِي الْجَنَّةِ
[Hud: 107-108] So the most wretched—one seeks refuge in Allah from that—who is characterized by misfortune avoids the reminder and does not benefit from it,and the most wretched is: having reached the ultimate degree of misfortune, and this is the disbeliever, for the disbeliever is reminded but does not benefit from the reminder.
