Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: “Have We not made for him two eyes”

Allah the Exalted said:
(8) Have We not made for him two eyes? (9) And a tongue and two lips? (10) And have shown him the two ways?أَلَمْ نَجْعَلْ لَهُ عَيْنَيْنِ * وَلِسَاناً وَشَفَتَيْنِ * وَهَدَيْنَاهُ النَّجْدَيْنِ
[Al-Balad: 8-10] These are three of the greatest blessings upon mankind.
Have We not made for him two eyes?أَلَمْ نَجْعَلْ لَهُ عَيْنَيْنِ
[Al-Balad: 8] Meaning: He sees with them and perceives with them. These two eyes convey to the heart what the person looks at. If he looks with a forbidden gaze, he is sinful; if he looks with a gaze that brings him closer to Allah, he is a gainer; and if he looks at what is permissible for him, he is neither praised nor blamed, unless this gaze leads to a religious prohibition, in which case he is sinful for this gaze, or the opposite.

Allah the Exalted said:
And a tongue and two lips?وَلِسَاناً وَشَفَتَيْنِ
[Al-Balad: 9] : A tongue with which he speaks, and two lips with which he controls his speech. This is among the great blessings of Allah; for with this tongue and these lips, he is able to express what is in his heart. Without this, he would not be able to do so. If he could not speak, how would he convey what is in his heart? How would he teach people what is in his heart? Except by gesture, but that tires the one gesturing, as well as the one to whom the gesture is made. However, it is a blessing from Allah that He gave him a speaking tongue and two lips with which he controls his speech. This is a blessing from Allah, and it is also among the wonders of His power. From where does speech come? It comes from air in the lungs that exits from specific points. If it passes through one thing, it becomes a letter; if it passes through another thing, it becomes another letter. It is the same air from the same point of origin; but it passes through fine hairs in the throat, lips, and gums. These fine hairs form the letters,So we find, for example: the letter baa and the letter sheen, both are produced by air expelled from the lungs, and yet they differ depending on the known points of articulation in the mouth through which the air passes. This is part of the perfection of the power of Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
