How to deal with the people of innovation if they are with us in the workplace

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I work in Sharqia, and recently the Rafidah have entered our military work in large numbers. We interact with them in eating and drinking, sitting together, and socializing. We know their malicious intentions and their school of taqiyyah (dissimulation), and we do not know how to apply loyalty and disavowal (al-wala' wa al-bara') regarding these people. Many of our brothers there deal with them with laughter, giving and taking, and extensive interaction, and they do not show them any hatred. What is the ruling on this, O Shaykh?

What I see is that you should strive to win them over to adopting the Sunnah and say to them: You now acknowledge that we are the people of the Sunnah, so do you hate the Sunnah or not? We agree with you that some of the family of the Prophet (may Allah be pleased with him) were wronged, such as al-Husayn ibn 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), but this does not prevent us from following the Sunnah of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Argue with them on these matters, but without violence; with the intention of guiding them, and perhaps Allah will guide them.If they say, for example: The leaders of the Shi'ah are such and such,We said: Yes.
and the leaders of the Sunnah are in goodness and righteousness. Argue with them, for perhaps with much argument—and I mean gentle persuasion—good will come of it.

The questioner: O Shaykh! The people in the workplace generally have no knowledge of their guidance and do not understand; and regarding loyalty and disavowal, they give and take to a great extent? The Shaykh: I mean that these are the Shi'ah, whereas the common people of the Sunnah perhaps do not know about this matter.
This is the end of their matter.

The questioner: And if there is danger from them? The Shaykh: If there is danger from them, it is obligatory that these common people be taught the truth so that they do not go astray.Or that we ask them from time to time: Did they say anything to you? Because my intention is that the people of the Sunnah should win over the Shi'ah to bring them into the Sunnah.
